Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA)


Description
This CPD Accredited Legionella Risk Assessment course is designed for all those who need to lean how to carry out a Legionella risk assessment or who need to refresh their skills and knowledge. Completing this course will award 10 CPD Hours/Points.

This course has been written by qualified water industry professionals who have over 20 years experience, members of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering, Water Safe Registered, recognised as “Approved Contractors” under the Water Regulations and whose skills, knowledge and experienced have been recognised by Trust Mark and Trading Standards.

The course covers the requirements of the Health & Safety Executives Approved Code of Practice L8, HSG 274 and the Department of Health's HTM 04-01. The course is suitable for anyone but a background in plumbing, facilities management or health and safety would be beneficial.

At the end of the course there is a “Knowledge Quiz” which will allow you to demonstrate your understanding of the course material. The pass mark for the test is 70%. You have a maximum of five attempts to pass the test. On successful completion of the course you can down load a CPD accredited certificate.

Access to the course is available for 30 days, If the course is not successfully completed within 30 days or you do not pass the knowledge test then you have failed the course and a new course will need to be paid for.
